Patient Satisfaction for Howland Surgical Center
Small databases can save big time!

Customer Problem: Following surgery a Patient Satisfaction form would be sent to each patient. Totaling the results was done manually. Time consuming.

Solution: A form that would let returned data be quickly entered with very little typing needed, and a report that would calculate the totals for all categories.

The following report shows the totals for the time period requested. When they click on the 'Print Patient Satisfaction Totals' button on the main menu they are asked to enter a beginning date and an ending date. The following report is the result:

Totals Report by Date
The data in this report was entered randomly for the sole purpose of testing the form. Every category from Excellent to Poor had to have entries. These are not actual totals received back from patients.
